Take a cheeseburger and turn it into tiny, cheesy pockets you won't want to put down. Each bite gives you fluffy biscuit, juicy ground beef, and loads of melted cheese, all with a crispy garlic-Parmesan shell that's totally craveable.

I knew these bombs were a hit the moment hot cheese started dripping out and that Parmesan shell got crispy and golden.

Mouthwatering Ingredients

  • Garlic Powder: Packs the filling with serious flavor
  • Fresh Parmesan: Gives your bombs a crunchy golden shell
  • Cheddar: Melts right in the middle for a gooey surprise
  • Cream Cheese: Makes the filling smooth and extra rich
  • Biscuit Dough: Wraps everything up in a soft, fluffy pocket
  • Ground Beef: Pick a lean one so things don't get greasy

Building the Bombs

Golden Finish:
Bake your bombs till they're puffed up and crisp all over.
Flavor Coat:
Brush on your garlic butter and toss with Parmesan for a big punch.
Careful Assembly:
Cover the filling nice and tightly with dough so nothing leaks.
Cheese Blend:
Stir cheese into warm beef so it melts perfectly.
Filling Magic:
Sizzle your beef with all the spices till browned just right.

Letting the filling hang out in the fridge for a bit before wrapping keeps the dough from turning into a sticky mess and makes stuffing simpler.

Tasty Combos

Dunk them in ranch or marinara. Toss a simple salad on the side. Grab a lemonade or an ice cold beer to wash it down.

Fun Twists

Throw in crispy bacon or some jalapeños for heat. Use Italian sausage instead of beef. Wanna go breakfast? Stuff with scrambled eggs!

Easy Storage

Pop leftovers in an airtight box for three days. Wrap each one up if freezing and keep for months. Warm them in the oven for that perfect crunchy bite.
