Garlic Cheese Bombs (Printable Version)

Flaky biscuit dough stuffed with seasoned beef and gooey cheese, brushed with garlic butter on top.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 lb minced beef
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - Softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt and black pepper as needed

→ Dough and Topping

07 - 1 container (16 oz) store-bought biscuit dough
08 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
09 - Optional: fresh parsley for decoration
10 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Lay some parchment paper on a baking tray.
02 - Cook the beef until it’s browned, then drain the fat. Stir in seasonings, cream cheese, and cheddar until melted together.
03 - Flatten a biscuit, spoon some filling in, pinch the edges shut, and shape into a ball. Place seam-down on the tray.
04 - Combine the Parmesan with melted butter, then brush this onto the tops of the balls.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. Add a sprinkle of parsley if you’d like.
