# Ingredients:

→ Teriyaki Sauce

01 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
04 - 1 cup water, split into portions
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated or chopped
06 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped up small
07 - 1 tablespoon orange zest
08 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch

→ Stir Fry

09 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil
10 - Salt and pepper to your liking
11 - 1 cup shredded carrots
12 - 1 lb ground turkey
13 - 3 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
14 - 1 small onion, chopped up

# Steps:

01 - In a saucepan on medium heat, stir soy sauce, ginger, honey, garlic, sugar, and 3/4 cup of the water together. Heat until it starts bubbling gently.
02 - Mix the last 1/4 cup of water with cornstarch. Add it to the saucepan and stir until it thickens up. Turn off heat and mix in the orange zest.
03 - Warm sesame oil in a frying pan or wok. Cook onion until it’s soft, then add turkey and stir until fully cooked (165°F). Toss in broccoli and carrots, cooking until tender.
04 - Turn heat to low. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the turkey and veggies, stirring. Let it heat for a few minutes. Serve however you’d like—over rice or something else!

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to swap turkey for chicken, beef, or pork
02 - Change up the vegetables with ones you love
03 - Goes great over noodles, rice, or wrapped in lettuce
