Burrata & Greens (Printable Version)

Creamy burrata, leafy greens, juicy tomatoes, and toasty croutons all tossed with a zesty balsamic drizzle for a warm-weather favorite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pint of baby tomatoes, sweet and juicy.
02 - Half a cup of chopped green onions.
03 - 1/4 cup of balsamic that's aged.
04 - A ripe avocado cut into chunks.
05 - 8 oz burrata with a creamy texture.
06 - 6 cups of bread cubes, crusty and fresh.
07 - 1/2 cup of fragrant torn basil leaves.
08 - 5 oz of mixed green salad leaves.
09 - 1 tbsp of honey to sweeten.
10 - Salt and pepper to season as you like.
11 - 1/2 cup of good olive oil.
12 - 1 tsp of smooth dijon mustard.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Toss the bread pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread them on a baking tray and bake for about 8-10 minutes till they're golden brown.
02 - Combine mustard, balsamic, olive oil, honey, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix until it’s smooth and velvety.
03 - Put the greens in a serving dish and add the tomatoes, burrata, herbs, and crunchy croutons. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the burrata.
04 - Right before you eat, toss on the avocado chunks and drizzle everything with your prepared dressing.

# Notes:

01 - You can prepare most things an hour ahead, but leave the slicing of avocado and dressing for later.
02 - Thicker balsamic will give you better flavor. Find the nice kind.
03 - Using older bread works great for making croutons.
