Fruity Frozen Delight (Printable Version)

A smooth, fruity frozen treat with the flavor of strawberry soft-serve, made quickly in your blender without needing an ice cream maker.

# Ingredients:

→ Making the Dole Whip

01 - Half a cup of pineapple juice
02 - Juice from 1 tablespoon of lemon
03 - Two cups of frozen strawberries
04 - 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (add more if you'd like it sweeter)
05 - Half a cup of unsweetened coconut milk (or whichever milk you prefer)

→ Optional Add-Ons

06 - Freshly sliced strawberries
07 - Sprigs of mint
08 - A little honey drizzle

# Steps:

01 - Toss the frozen strawberries, lemon juice, juice from the pineapple, coconut milk, and powdered sugar into your blender or food processor. If your blender can't handle frozen items well, let the strawberries sit out for a bit to soften.
02 - Run the blender on the highest setting until your mixture looks creamy like soft-serve. If it's struggling to move, add a splash of extra milk or juice to loosen things up.
03 - Take a taste. Too sweet? Sprinkle in a bit more lemon juice. Not sweet enough? Add more powdered sugar. Blend again to combine.
04 - For that soft-serve vibe, enjoy it right after blending. Scoop it into bowls or use a piping bag to get that playful swirl effect like soft-serve at a shop.
05 - If you'd rather have a firmer texture, stick the mix in the freezer for about 20–30 minutes. Stir it halfway through to stop it from freezing unevenly.
06 - Dress up your Dole Whip with fresh strawberry slices, a hint of mint, or a quick drizzle of honey for a fun finish.

# Notes:

01 - Use almond, oat, or plain dairy milk instead of coconut milk if that's more convenient.
02 - To cut back on sugar, swap powdered sugar for honey, maple syrup, agave, or a sugar-free alternative.
03 - Leftover Whip stays good in a sealed freezer container for about a week. Let it soften for 5–10 minutes before serving.
