Salmon Spinach Pasta (Printable Version)

A creamy pasta blend featuring flaky salmon, fresh spinach, parmesan, and a hint of lemon for brightness.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 lb skinless salmon fillets
02 - 12 oz pasta (any type you prefer, like bow tie or penne)
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - Salt and pepper, adjust as needed

→ Sauce

05 - 1 cup chicken stock
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
08 - 2 cups spinach leaves, fresh
09 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated fresh
10 - 2 minced garlic cloves
11 - Zest from 1 lemon (1 tsp)

# Steps:

01 - Follow the package directions to cook your pasta. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
02 - Warm olive oil in a big pan. Lightly season your salmon with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 mins per side until it flakes easily. Take out and set aside.
03 - Using the same pan, sauté your garlic until it smells amazing. Pour in the cream and stock, let it simmer briefly. Stir in the Parmesan until it becomes smooth. Toss in the spinach and let it soften.
04 - Tear or flake your salmon into small pieces. Add it to the pan with the pasta, lemon zest, and the juice. Stir until everything's nicely warmed up.

# Notes:

01 - You can switch salmon with chicken or another fish.
02 - Use whatever pasta shape you enjoy.
03 - Try low-fat cream if you want a lighter dish.
