Spinach & Feta Wraps (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 handfuls of spinach leaves, roughly chopped
02 - 4 medium-sized tortillas (wheat, gluten-free, or flour)
03 - A cup of crumbled feta cheese
04 - 2 spoons of butter or olive oil

→ Extra Options

05 - A handful of chopped sun-dried tomatoes (about 1/4 cup)
06 - A few black olive slices, roughly 1/4 cup
07 - Half a cup of diced, cooked chicken (grilled)

# Steps:

01 - Give your spinach a rinse and chop it up. Crumble the feta, and prepare any extras you’re adding.
02 - Lay spinach and feta cheese on one side of your tortilla. Throw on any optional toppings, then fold over to close.
03 - Warm a non-stick pan on medium heat with some oil. Let the quesadillas cook for about 2-3 minutes each side till crispy brown.
04 - Cut the tortillas into smaller pieces and enjoy them warm with whatever dip you love.
