S'mores Bites (Printable Version)

Toast marshmallows, melt chocolate, and layer it all up with graham crackers for sweet oven-baked S'mores bites—fantastic for hangouts.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 12 dinner rolls or slider buns

→ Filling

02 - 1.5 cups mini marshmallows or 20 large ones
03 - 1.5 cups chocolate chips or 3 chocolate bars (100g each)
04 - 6 graham crackers

→ Topping

05 - 2 crushed graham crackers
06 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper.
02 - Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottoms on your prepared tray. Keep the tops aside, then spread chocolate evenly over the bottoms.
03 - Break the 6 graham crackers into small pieces, scattering them over the chocolate layer. Top the graham crackers with marshmallows to make an even blanket.
04 - Pop the tray in the oven for 5-6 minutes, keeping an eye on the marshmallows. Take it out when they're softly browned.
05 - Gently press the saved slider tops on top of the toasted marshmallows to complete the stacks.
06 - Brush the tops with melted butter. Combine the crushed 2 graham crackers with what’s left of the melted butter, sprinkling it evenly over the tops of the sliders.
07 - Put the sliders back in the oven for another 4-5 minutes until you see the tops get a light golden toast.
08 - Leave them out to cool for a few minutes. Pull them apart or cut, then enjoy while warm!
