Turn your oven on to preheat at 425°F (220°C). Heat up a large pan on medium. Toss in the ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking until the meat's browned and crumbly. Drain the grease, then put it back in the pan. Mix in pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
02 -
Spread out the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet, making a rectangle. Sprinkle on 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, then evenly spread the beef mix on top, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Add another 1 cup of mozzarella and pour ¼ cup of the Parmesan-peppercorn dressing over everything.
03 -
Start rolling up the long side of the dough as tightly as you can. Seal the edges by pinching them and place it seam-side down on your baking sheet. Cut small slashes in the dough every inch along the top.
04 -
Pop it in the oven for 20–25 minutes, baking until the outside turns a rich golden brown. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing it up. Serve it alongside the rest of the Parmesan-peppercorn dressing for dipping.
