Mini Oreo Cheesecake Bliss (Printable Version)

No-bake mini cheesecakes with a fun Oreo surprise in the center, topped with crushed cookies and a drizzle of chocolate.

# Ingredients:

→ Crust Layer

01 - 3 tbsp butter, melted
02 - 1 ½ cups Oreo crumbs (around 15 cookies)

→ Cheesecake Center

03 - 2 blocks (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream for whipping
06 - 1 tsp vanilla
07 - 6 Oreos intact (for the surprise layer)

→ Topping Extras

08 - Crushed Oreos, 1 cup
09 - Chocolate sauce (1/2 cup, optional)
10 - Whole Oreos for decoration (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Stir Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Push this mixture firmly into mini cheesecake molds or muffin liner bottoms. Pop it in the fridge to set up while working on the filling.
02 - Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Separately, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, then fold it gently into the cream cheese mix to keep it airy.
03 - Start with a bit of cheesecake mix on the chilled crust. Add a whole Oreo in the middle for a fun layer, then cover it with more cheesecake filling. Smooth out the top.
04 - Let your cheesecakes sit in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight so they firm up nicely.
05 - Before serving, cover the tops with crushed Oreos. Drizzle on chocolate sauce if you'd like, and finish with a decorative Oreo on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep these a couple of days ahead, just keep them sealed and in the fridge.
02 - Add toppings last minute for the freshest look.
