Oreo Caramel Delight (Printable Version)

A luscious dessert with Oreo crumbles inside and a topping of caramel drizzle and white chocolate. It’s a showstopper that blends cookie goodness with smooth cheesecake!

# Ingredients:

→ Graham Cracker Base

01 - ¼ cup butter, melted
02 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
03 - 1 ½ cups ground graham crackers (swap with Golden Oreos if you'd like)

→ Cheesecake Mix

04 - 24 oz cream cheese (3 packs), softened
05 - 3 eggs, large ones
06 - 1 cup sugar (regular granulated)
07 - 2 tablespoons plain flour
08 - 1 cup Oreo pieces (a mix of chocolate and golden)
09 - 1 cup sour cream
10 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

→ Extras for the Top

11 - Caramel sauce, ½ cup (use as drizzle)
12 - ½ cup Oreo bits (mix chocolate and golden)
13 - ½ cup ganache (white chocolate for smoothness)

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (163°C). Stir the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Pack it into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let the crust cool completely before moving on.
02 - Use a mixer to beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Mix in one egg at a time, ensuring it's smooth before the next. Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour to the mix, stirring until just blended. Gently fold in Oreo pieces for some crunch.
03 - Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust in your pan. Wrap the pan with aluminum foil, then place it in a larger pan with water around the edges (this keeps it from cracking). Bake for 60-70 minutes, until it’s mostly set but still jiggles just a little in the middle. Turn your oven off and leave the door ajar, letting it rest inside for an hour before refrigerating to chill for at least 4 hours—or even overnight.
04 - Scatter some crushed Oreos across the top. Add caramel sauce and a layer of white chocolate ganache by drizzling both. Slice and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Want a toasted twist? Warm up the crushed Oreos in the oven for 5 minutes.
02 - Start with warm ingredients for the creamiest cheesecake ever.
03 - Turn it into a treat! Add whipped cream or even ice cream when serving.
