01 - 2 teaspoons olive oil
02 - 1 teaspoon paprika
03 - 1 pound chicken breasts (no skin or bones), cut into 1-inch bits
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon optional cayenne spice

→ Creamy Garlic Mix

08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1/4 cup light sour cream
10 - 1/2 cup mayo
11 - A dash of lemon juice (about 1 teaspoon)
12 - 2 minced garlic cloves
13 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
14 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - Toss the diced chicken in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if you want spice. Make sure the pieces are well coated.
02 - Put a skillet or grill pan on medium heat. Place the chicken pieces in and let them cook 2-3 minutes per side, flipping until done and lightly charred.
03 - As the chicken cooks, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until everything blends smoothly.
04 - Move the grilled chicken to a dish and pour the creamy garlic sauce on top, or set it aside as a dip.
