01 -
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking tray.
02 -
Take a serrated knife and carefully slice each roll into 8 connected sections, stopping before cutting all the way through. If that's tricky, you can make 4 sections instead.
03 -
In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and salt until smooth. Scoop the mixture into a piping or plastic bag, then snip a small opening at the tip.
04 -
Squeeze the cream cheese mixture into the slits you made in the rolls, making sure to distribute it evenly throughout the cuts.
05 -
Whisk melted butter, egg, milk, garlic, sweetened condensed milk, salt, parsley, and paprika together in a mixing bowl.
06 -
Dip each filled roll in the garlic butter mixture for one or two seconds on each side, just enough to coat without soaking through. Then, place them on the prepared baking tray.
07 -
Take any leftover garlic bits from the mixture and brush or spoon them onto the tops of the rolls.
08 -
Sprinkle parmesan over all the rolls so they're evenly covered.
09 -
Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the tops turn golden.
10 -
Serve while still hot for the best texture and flavor.
