→ Main ingredients

01 - 4 slices of bread
02 - ½ teaspoon parsley, dried
03 - ½ tablespoon garlic powder
04 - 2 tablespoons softened butter
05 - 1 cup shredded mix of cheddar and mozzarella

# Steps:

01 - Grab a small bowl and stir together the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until you have a smooth mixture.
02 - Take the butter mixture and generously coat one side of each slice of bread.
03 - Place two bread slices butter-side down, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top, and finish with the other two slices, butter-side up.
04 - Put the sandwiches in a large pan on low heat and let them cook for about 4-5 minutes until the bottom turns golden and crisp.
05 - Carefully use a spatula to flip the sandwiches over, then cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes until golden and the cheese inside is melted.
06 - Take the sandwiches off the pan and serve them promptly while the cheese is still gooey.

# Notes:

01 - Stick to low heat so the bread gets nicely crisp without burning, giving the cheese time to properly melt.
02 - Make spreading easier by letting the butter sit out to soften before you mix and use it.
03 - This sandwich is the perfect mash-up of cheesy grilled goodness and garlicky toasted bread.
04 - Pair it with a bowl of tomato soup for a cozy and classic match.
