Feta Delight (Printable Version)

A creamy, tangy twist combining the boldness of feta, sweet honey, and herb accents. It rests on a buttery crust to level up your appetizer table or brunch spread.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of melted butter
02 - 1 and 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
03 - 16 ounces of soft cream cheese
04 - 8 ounces of crumbled feta
05 - 1/2 cup of sour cream
06 - 3 large eggs
07 - 2 tablespoons of honey
08 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped thyme
09 - 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
10 - Salt and pepper to your liking

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven to 325°F. Combine the butter with the cracker crumbs, press firmly into a springform pan.
02 - Whisk together the cream cheese, feta, sour cream, honey, thyme, zest, salt, and pepper until it's silky smooth.
03 - Crack in the eggs, one by one, blending each until it's fully mixed in.
04 - Spread the filling over your crust and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the center is firm.
05 - Let it cool completely, then chill for 4 hours. Add a drizzle of honey and some herbs before slicing.
