# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon paprika
02 - 1/4 cup sour cream
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
06 - 4 minced garlic cloves
07 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese

10 - Olive oil for drizzling
11 - 4 large tortillas made from flour
12 - 1 cup salad greens, mixed

# Steps:

01 - Grab a big bowl and toss in the mozzarella, chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until the mixture looks smooth and well blended.
02 - Take one tortilla and spread a quarter of the chicken mixture in the middle, leaving some space around the edges. Add a small handful of salad greens on top. Fold each side inward, then tightly roll it up from the bottom so it holds together.
03 - Heat a pan on medium and drizzle some olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan. Cook one side for 3 to 4 minutes until browned, flip carefully, and let the other side crisp up for the same amount of time.
04 - Take the wraps off the heat and slice them in half after they sit for about a minute to cool slightly.
