Grab a big bowl and toss in the mozzarella, chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until the mixture looks smooth and well blended.

Take one tortilla and spread a quarter of the chicken mixture in the middle, leaving some space around the edges. Add a small handful of salad greens on top. Fold each side inward, then tightly roll it up from the bottom so it holds together.

Heat a pan on medium and drizzle some olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan. Cook one side for 3 to 4 minutes until browned, flip carefully, and let the other side crisp up for the same amount of time.

Take the wraps off the heat and slice them in half after they sit for about a minute to cool slightly.
