With the heat on low, let the butter and marshmallows melt in a small pot. Once smooth, stir in the vanilla until blended well.

Mix the shredded coconut into the melted mixture until fully covered. Let it cool down a bit before moving forward.

Grab small handfuls and roll them into balls about 1½ inches wide. Gently squeeze one side to form a teardrop shape.

Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a bowl over hot water. Dip half of each bunny tail into the melted chocolate, then set them on parchment paper.

Drizzle melted pink candy melts over the coated bunny tails for some extra color. Put them in the fridge to firm up before serving.
