Bunny Coconut Balls (Printable Version)

Fun, easy coconut balls made with marshmallows and white chocolate. Great for Easter gatherings or gift bags.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups tiny marshmallows
02 - 2 cups flaked coconut
03 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
04 - Pink candy melts for topping
05 - ¼ cup softened butter
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

# Steps:

01 - With the heat on low, let the butter and marshmallows melt in a small pot. Once smooth, stir in the vanilla until blended well.
02 - Mix the shredded coconut into the melted mixture until fully covered. Let it cool down a bit before moving forward.
03 - Grab small handfuls and roll them into balls about 1½ inches wide. Gently squeeze one side to form a teardrop shape.
04 - Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a bowl over hot water. Dip half of each bunny tail into the melted chocolate, then set them on parchment paper.
05 - Drizzle melted pink candy melts over the coated bunny tails for some extra color. Put them in the fridge to firm up before serving.
