PB Chocolate Bars (Printable Version)

A creamy blend of peanut butter and graham crackers covered with silky chocolate on top. These quick, no-bake goodies are like peanut butter cups but way easier to throw together!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter
02 - ½ cup salted butter
03 - 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
04 - 12 ounces melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
05 - 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

# Steps:

01 - Cover the bottom of an 8x8 dish with foil or parchment. Let extra hang over the edges so you can lift the bars out later.
02 - Melt the butter in a big microwaveable bowl. Add peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar to it. Give it a good stir until everything's mixed well.
03 - Press the peanut butter blend evenly into the prepped baking dish, making sure it’s smooth and flat.
04 - Use a medium bowl to heat the chocolate chips in the microwave. Check and stir every 30 seconds until creamy and fully melted.
05 - Gently pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
06 - Pop the dish in the fridge for about an hour until the layers set and firm up.
07 - Lift out the chilled block using the foil or parchment edges. Slice into 16 pieces and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - They have all the flavor of peanut butter cups, but way easier to make!
02 - For neat cuts, warm your knife with hot water, dry it, and slice. Do this for every cut.
03 - Keep them in the fridge in a sealed container for a week or freeze them for two months.
