Cover the bottom of an 8x8 dish with foil or parchment. Let extra hang over the edges so you can lift the bars out later.

Melt the butter in a big microwaveable bowl. Add peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar to it. Give it a good stir until everything's mixed well.

Press the peanut butter blend evenly into the prepped baking dish, making sure it’s smooth and flat.

Use a medium bowl to heat the chocolate chips in the microwave. Check and stir every 30 seconds until creamy and fully melted.

Gently pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

Pop the dish in the fridge for about an hour until the layers set and firm up.

Lift out the chilled block using the foil or parchment edges. Slice into 16 pieces and dig in!
