Golden, crunchy chicken bites wrapped in a dreamy honey-infused sauce, with a touch of condensed milk sweetness. An easy dish that tastes like it's from a top restaurant.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Prep

01 - 1/3 cup water
02 - 4 large egg whites, beaten slightly
03 - 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into slim pieces
04 - Vegetable oil for frying
05 - 3/4 cup cornstarch or Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour

→ Making the Sauce

06 - 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1/4 cup honey
08 - 1/2 cup of mayo

# Steps:

01 - Whisk the cornstarch and water into the beaten egg whites until you get a smooth mixture. Toss in the chicken bits gently, making sure each piece gets covered.
02 - Get a big pot ready, adding three inches of oil. Heat it to 350°F over medium-high flame. Fry chicken pieces in two batches till golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
03 - In a bowl, combine honey, mayo, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir till the mixture looks creamy and smooth.
04 - Right before eating, toss the crispy chicken into the sauce, making sure every piece is evenly coated.

# Notes:

01 - To keep it crunchy, toss the chicken with the sauce only before eating.
02 - Swap cornstarch with Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour for a different texture.
03 - Keep that oil close to 350°F to ensure maximum crunch!
04 - Serve alongside hot rice and simple stir-fried veggies for a complete meal.
