# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 pan.
02 - Blanch or steam fresh broccoli for 2-3 minutes until just tender, then drain. Skip this step for frozen broccoli.
03 - Mix up your rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, condensed soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a big mixing bowl.
04 - Pour the mixture into the greased pan and spread it out evenly.
05 - Add extra cheese on top, and sprinkle breadcrumbs if you'd like a crispy finish.
06 - Pop it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let it sit for a bit before diving in.
