04 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 35g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder, unsweetened
06 - 65g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 tsp baking powder

09 - 225g (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temp
10 - 1/3 cup (65g) sugar, granulated
11 - 1 large egg
12 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Cherry Topping

13 - 21 oz (1 can) pie filling, cherry, drained

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Use parchment paper or grease a 9x13-inch pan.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs, stirring them in. Then sift in flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder. Stop mixing once smooth. Spread into your pan.
03 - Blend cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, and the egg, beating until it's silky. Smooth this on top of the brownie.
04 - Spread the drained cherry filling over the cheesecake layer. Drag a knife across to swirl for a swirled effect.
