Tasty Meat Snacks (Printable Version)

Juicy mini meatloaf rounds with cheddar cheese tucked inside and topped with a sweet and savory glaze. Great for munching at parties or fun family dinners.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Blend Ingredients

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1/4 cup milk
03 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up fine
05 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
06 - 1 small onion, diced really small
07 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (extra for sprinkling on top)
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 pound of ground beef
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Cheese Stuffing

11 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Topping Mix

12 - 1 tablespoon mustard
13 - 1/2 cup ketchup

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get a baking sheet ready with some parchment paper on it.
02 - Throw the ground beef, milk, breadcrumbs, egg, finely cut onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley into a big bowl. Mix till it’s evenly combined.
03 - Take some meat mixture, press it flat, place cheddar in the middle, and shape it back into a ball. Do the same with the rest.
04 - Stir the ketchup and mustard together in a little bowl. Cover the bites with the mix using a brush.
05 - Put the bites on the baking sheet and bake them for 25-30 minutes. They’ll be done when the tops are golden and sticky.
06 - Sprinkle some parsley on top before serving. Enjoy hot as snacks or with your favorite sides.
