Raspberry Brownie Bliss (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup white sugar
03 - 2 eggs, large
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
05 - 1/3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
06 - 1/2 cup plain flour
07 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

→ Creamy Cheesecake Mix

09 - 1 cup soft cream cheese
10 - 1/4 cup sugar (powdered)
11 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

→ Raspberry Topping

12 - 1/2 cup raspberry puree (can be fresh or frozen)

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your pan well.
02 - Whisk melted butter and sugar together. Add in eggs and vanilla, then stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt gently until blended.
03 - Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until completely smooth.
04 - Pour half the brownie mixture into the pan. Add spoonfuls of cream cheese and raspberry puree on top. Swirl with a knife, then pour the rest of the batter to cover.
05 - Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out mostly clean.
