Sausage Breakfast Pizza (Printable Version)

Crescent rolls serve as the crust, topped with sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese for an easy breakfast pizza.

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Crust

01 - Two packs of crescent roll dough

→ Gravy Mixture

02 - One pack of pre-cooked crumbled sausage (suggest using Jimmy Dean)
03 - One packet of country-style gravy mix

→ Egg Scramble

04 - Half a dozen eggs
05 - Two spoons of milk
06 - A pinch and a half of salt
07 - A dash of black pepper (quarter teaspoon)
08 - One spoonful of butter

→ Cheesy Top Layer

09 - A small bag (8 ounces) of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10 - Half a bag (4 ounces) of shredded pepper Jack cheese

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease that pizza pan. Lay out crescent triangles in a circular shape, press the seams to make it smooth, then bake for around 11 to 13 minutes until beautifully golden.
02 - Follow the directions on the gravy mix to make it. Stir in the crumbled cooked sausage and keep it aside.
03 - Stir together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add them to a warm buttered pan. Cook while stirring until soft but still moist.
04 - Spread the sausage gravy over your crust evenly. Lay the scrambled eggs on top. Sprinkle both cheeses all over everything.
05 - Pop it in the oven again for about 5 to 10 minutes, just until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, and the eggs are cooked through.
06 - Wait a few minutes for it to set up before slicing and digging in!

# Notes:

01 - This dish combines a buttery crescent roll crust, savory sausage gravy, creamy scrambled eggs, and gooey cheese.
02 - Great for brunch parties or a laid-back morning meal with your family.
03 - Using pre-made dough makes this way less work than starting with pizza dough.
04 - Don’t over-scramble the eggs since they’ll cook more while baking.
