Top Egg Salad Snack (Printable Version)

Egg salad with hard-boiled eggs and mayo, ready super fast. Great for an easy meal or a quick bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or white)
02 - A pinch of salt and pepper
03 - 1 tablespoon of mayo
04 - Optional: tomato slice or lettuce leaf
05 - 2 boiled eggs, shelled

# Steps:

01 - Take off the eggshells and cut the eggs into little chunks.
02 - Stir the chopped eggs, mayo, and a pinch of salt and pepper together in a bowl. Mix gently until it's consistent.
03 - Layer the egg mixture on one piece of bread, add some lettuce or a tomato slice if you want, then top with the other piece of bread.
04 - Slice in half and dig in right away.
