Juicy chicken soaked in spices, nestled in a creamy, fragrant tomato sauce with bold Indian flavors.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3-4 chicken breasts without skin or bones, chopped into small chunks
02 - 1 can (14 oz) peeled whole tomatoes
03 - 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
04 - 1 cup of plain yogurt
05 - 2 tablespoons of vegetable or coconut oil
06 - 1 cup of heavy cream

→ Spices

07 - Salt as needed
08 - A pinch of ground turmeric
09 - Some red chili powder
10 - Coriander powder
11 - Ground cumin
12 - Garam masala

# Steps:

01 - Combine yogurt, garlic-ginger paste, and your favorite spices in a bowl. Toss the chicken in, stir until coated, and let it sit for an hour or overnight if you've got time.
02 - Warm some oil in a big skillet on medium heat. Fry the marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes, or until it's browned all over.
03 - Throw in the tomatoes with the rest of the spices. Cook everything together for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften and break apart.
04 - Mix in the heavy cream, let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and simmer another 5 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the chicken marinate overnight gives even richer flavor.
02 - Spice level can be adjusted to how you like it.
03 - Tastes awesome with naan or basmati rice.
