Set oven to 425°F and let it warm up.

Stir flour, salt, and the rising agent together.

Work in the soft butter until it’s crumbly.

Make a little hollow in the middle, pour milk, mix until dough forms, then give it 2–3 minutes of rest.

Knead gently, roll to about ¾ inch thick, cut out circles, and press a small dip in the tops.

Coat with the egg mix and bake 12-14 minutes till golden. Add melted butter on top before serving.
