Blend cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Carefully fold in whipped cream. Put the mixture into a piping bag.

Mix the pudding mix with the cold milk in another bowl. Stir until set, then chill for about 5 minutes.

Put a little bit of crushed graham crackers or wafers at the bottom of each cone. Add layers of cheesecake filling and banana pudding. Alternate layers till you reach the top.

Squeeze some cheesecake filling on top. Add a drizzle of caramel or sweetened condensed milk. Finish with a sprinkle of the crumbles.

Pop the cones in the fridge for 15 minutes or so to let everything set up nicely.
