# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini
02 - ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
03 - ½ cup sliced black or green olives
04 - 1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
05 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
06 - 6 cups chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce

→ Cheese & Meats

07 - 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls, cut in halves
08 - ½ cup chopped pepperoni
09 - ½ cup salami, diced
10 - ½ cup diced provolone cheese

→ Finishing Touches

11 - ½ cup Italian dressing, homemade or store-bought
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or basil

# Steps:

01 - Rinse and slice all your veggies. Cube the meats and cheeses. Slice mozzarella balls in half.
02 - Take a big mixing bowl and start with the lettuce. Layer on the veggies, cheeses, and meats - artichoke hearts, tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, red onion, salami, pepperoni, provolone, and mozzarella.
