Grab a big bowl and toss in the chicken, spinach, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything’s combined evenly.

Split the mixture into 4 parts and shape each one into a patty.

Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then fry each patty for 5-6 minutes on both sides. Make sure they're fully cooked at 165°F (75°C) internally.

Once cooked, move the patties onto a plate and give them a couple of minutes to sit.

Pop the cooked patties into your buns. Add any toppings you love. Dig in and enjoy!
