# Ingredients:

→ Patties

01 - 1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
02 - 1 lb ground chicken
03 - 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves
06 - 1/4 cup onions, chopped small
07 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Olive oil for frying

→ Serving

11 - 4 burger buns
12 - Toppings you like: tomato slices, lettuce, or more cheese (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Grab a big bowl and toss in the chicken, spinach, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything’s combined evenly.
02 - Split the mixture into 4 parts and shape each one into a patty.
03 - Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then fry each patty for 5-6 minutes on both sides. Make sure they're fully cooked at 165°F (75°C) internally.
04 - Once cooked, move the patties onto a plate and give them a couple of minutes to sit.
05 - Pop the cooked patties into your buns. Add any toppings you love. Dig in and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - To make it gluten-free, swap buns and breadcrumbs for gluten-free versions or use lettuce wraps instead.
02 - You can throw these patties on the grill instead of cooking them in a pan.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months tops.
04 - Don't overmix the chicken mix, or your patties might turn dense.
