Creamy Herb Cottage Dip (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 basil leaves, large
02 - Fresh thyme leaves, 1 tablespoon
03 - 1 small garlic clove, thinly sliced
04 - Black pepper, ground freshly
05 - Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
06 - Cottage cheese, 1 pint

# Steps:

01 - Put the basil, cottage cheese, thyme, garlic, black pepper, and lemon juice into a strong blender. Blend thoroughly for 30 seconds to one minute. Use a spatula or blender tamper to make sure everything blends evenly. Keep blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
