Golden croissants filled with ham, turkey, and provolone, brushed with melted butter, and baked until gooey. A quick, satisfying meal!

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 tbsp of butter, melted
02 - 12 slices of turkey, oven-roasted (Bistro Favorites suggested)
03 - 8 slices of ham from the deli counter (Bistro Favorites suggested)
04 - 8 slices of provolone cheese
05 - 4 big croissants, split open horizontally

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet to keep things mess-free.
02 - On the lined baking sheet, start by laying down the croissant bottoms. Add a slice of provolone cheese, follow with 2 slices of ham, then 3 turkey slices, and top with another slice of provolone on each. Pop the croissant tops on to finish building them.
03 - Use a spoon or pastry brush to lightly spread melted butter over the tops of the croissants. This'll make them crisp up nicely in the oven.
04 - Place them in the oven for about 5–8 minutes. You'll know they're ready when the croissants are golden and the cheese is gooey.
05 - Let them cool down for a minute or so, then dig in! They're great with fruit salad, kettle chips, or a fresh salad drizzled with vinaigrette.

# Notes:

01 - These are a great choice when you need an easy meal, fast.
02 - Switch up the cheeses or deli meats to suit what you like best.
