01 -
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet to keep things mess-free.
02 -
On the lined baking sheet, start by laying down the croissant bottoms. Add a slice of provolone cheese, follow with 2 slices of ham, then 3 turkey slices, and top with another slice of provolone on each. Pop the croissant tops on to finish building them.
03 -
Use a spoon or pastry brush to lightly spread melted butter over the tops of the croissants. This'll make them crisp up nicely in the oven.
04 -
Place them in the oven for about 5–8 minutes. You'll know they're ready when the croissants are golden and the cheese is gooey.
05 -
Let them cool down for a minute or so, then dig in! They're great with fruit salad, kettle chips, or a fresh salad drizzled with vinaigrette.
