Turn your oven on to 400°F and lightly coat a muffin tray with cooking spray.

Break up and brown the ground beef in a big pan over medium heat, cooking for roughly 8-10 minutes. Spoon out any extra grease.

Mix in the taco seasoning and water. Let it cook down for around 5 minutes until most of the liquid's gone.

Stir the cilantro in and then turn off the heat.

Tear the biscuits apart and lay each one inside a muffin slot, pressing it up along the edges to form little cups.

Spoon the seasoned beef into each dough cup. (You might end up with a bit extra.)

Scatter shredded cheddar over the top of each filled biscuit.

Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. The biscuits should puff and lightly brown, and the cheese will melt nicely.
