Quick Sweet Pork Chops (Printable Version)

Tender pork chops in a sweet and spiced caramelized glaze. Quick to cook and super satisfying.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 thick pork chops, boneless (about 1-inch each)
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - Pepper and salt as needed

→ Spice Rub

04 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
05 - 1 tsp paprika
06 - 1 tsp Cajun spice blend
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tsp dried oregano
09 - 1 tsp chili powder

# Steps:

01 - Stir brown sugar, oregano, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning together in a small dish.
02 - Dry the pork chops with paper towels, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then cover with the spice mix.
03 - Warm the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature hits 145°F.
04 - Set pork aside for 5 minutes to rest before slicing and serving.
