Pour in the cream of coconut, followed by yogurt, frozen fruits, and pineapple juice. Liquids go in first.

Run the blender on high until it's all smooth and creamy. If pieces stick to the side, scrape them down and keep going.

Too thick? Add more pineapple juice or a splash of milk. Too thin? Throw in extra frozen fruit or a few ice cubes.
