Strawberry Coconut Blend (Printable Version)

A smooth mix of strawberries, coconut, and pineapple. Great for light desserts, snacks, or breakfast.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
02 - 1/4 cup creamy coconut mixture
03 - 1/4 cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt

→ Frozen Fruits

04 - 1 cup frozen strawberries
05 - 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple bits

# Steps:

01 - Pour in the cream of coconut, followed by yogurt, frozen fruits, and pineapple juice. Liquids go in first.
02 - Run the blender on high until it's all smooth and creamy. If pieces stick to the side, scrape them down and keep going.
03 - Too thick? Add more pineapple juice or a splash of milk. Too thin? Throw in extra frozen fruit or a few ice cubes.
04 - Fill your glasses and top off with a fresh pineapple slice, a strawberry, or a pinch of shredded coconut.

# Notes:

01 - Swap yogurt for coconut yogurt to make it dairy-free
02 - Tweak sweetness with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup
03 - For a thicker bowl version, use less liquid
