Lemon Berry Layers (Printable Version)

Fluffy layers of cake, zesty lemon pudding, strawberries, and creamy topping. Great for gatherings or sunny days.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 14 ounces Angel food cake
02 - 2 pounds of sliced strawberries
03 - 16 ounces whipped topping, split, and thawed
04 - 2/3 cup lemon curd
05 - 2 1/2 cups milk or unsweetened almond milk
06 - 6.8 ounces lemon instant pudding mix

→ Optional Garnish

07 - Lemon slices
08 - Strawberries, fresh

# Steps:

01 - Stir milk with the pudding mix for 2 minutes. Mix in 8 ounces of the whipped topping, then let it chill in the fridge for 5 minutes.
02 - Slice the angel food cake into small pieces. Blend the lemon curd with the leftover whipped topping.
03 - In a trifle dish, add a layer of half the cake crumbs, some pudding mix, sliced strawberries, and part of the lemon mixture.
04 - Build more layers with the remaining cake, pudding, strawberries, and lemon topping.
05 - If you want, top with lemon slices and fresh strawberries. Keep cool in the fridge before serving.
