Sweet Strawberry Crunch Bars (Printable Version)

Soft cereal bars with marshmallows, strawberry cereal, and a cookie crunch topping. A fun no-bake option for gatherings or as a quick treat!

# Ingredients:

→ To Make the Rice Krispie Base

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (60g)
03 - 1 (10-ounce) package of mini marshmallows
04 - 6 cups of strawberry Rice Krispies (or the plain variety)

→ For the Topping with Strawberry Crunch

05 - 3 tablespoons melted butter
06 - 3 tablespoons of strawberry gelatin powder
07 - Crush 10 Golden Oreos

# Steps:

01 - Combine crushed Golden Oreos, strawberry gelatin, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix it up well and leave it aside.
02 - Use low heat to melt the butter in a big pot. Toss in the marshmallows and stir until smooth. Add the vanilla and take it off the heat. Gently fold in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
03 - Grab a 9x13-inch (23x33cm) pan and lightly grease it. Spread the Rice Krispies mix evenly in it. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping on and press down a bit to make it stick.
04 - Let it sit for half an hour to set. Then, cut it into squares and dig in!
