Fluffy rolls packed with cream cheese and juicy strawberries, drizzled with a creamy topping. A fun, tasty breakfast upgrade.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - Homemade or pre-made cinnamon roll dough

→ Filling

02 - 4 oz softened cream cheese
03 - 1 cup diced strawberries
04 - 2 tbsp granulated sugar
05 - 1 tsp vanilla

→ Icing

06 - 4 oz cream cheese, at room temp
07 - 2 tbsp soft butter
08 - 1 cup confectioners' sugar
09 - 1 tsp vanilla

# Steps:

01 - Follow the instructions on your cinnamon dough package, or whip up your own go-to recipe.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, chopped strawberries, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Spread out the dough on a floured surface, flattening it into a rectangular shape.
04 - Evenly coat the flattened dough with the creamy strawberry filling, covering the entire surface.
05 - Start on one long side and roll up the dough into a log. Cut the log into rounds about 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick.
06 - Arrange the rolls in a greased pan. Bake as directed by your dough instructions or until golden and cooked through, usually 25-30 minutes at 350°F/175°C.
07 - As the rolls bake, mix the frosting ingredients in a bowl—cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla—until silky.
08 - Once the rolls are out of the oven and still warm, slather on the frosting. Dig in and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Sprinkle a touch of cinnamon in the filling for extra spice.
02 - Swap strawberries for blueberries or raspberries for variation.
03 - Want it richer? Drizzle white chocolate over the frosted rolls.
04 - You can prep ahead by refrigerating the unbaked rolls overnight.
