Rinse and pat dry 1 cup of strawberries. Cut them into smaller chunks and put them aside.

In a bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Carefully fold in the chopped strawberries.

In a low dish, mix cinnamon, eggs, milk, and vanilla essence until it looks well combined.

Spread the filling onto 4 slices of bread, leaving the edges bare. Top each slice with another piece of bread and gently pinch the sides together.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dunk each sandwich into the egg mixture, shake off the extra, and fry until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Right before eating, add some extra sliced strawberries, whipped cream, and drizzle on maple syrup.
