Cheesecake Doughnut Delight (Printable Version)

Swap traditional buns for soft doughnuts! They're filled with no-bake cheesecake and drizzled with fresh strawberry sauce. A dream for anyone with a sweet tooth!

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake Layer

01 - ½ cup heavy cream, whipped
02 - ½ tsp vanilla essence
03 - 8 oz soft cream cheese
04 - ¼ cup powdered sugar

→ Sweet Strawberry Topping

05 - ¼ cup white sugar
06 - 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickness)
07 - 1 ½ cups sliced fresh strawberries
08 - 1 tbsp lemon juice

→ Doughnut Layers

09 - 2 glazed doughnuts per serving
10 - Optional whipped cream for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form in one bowl. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese blend. Chill until needed.
02 - In a pot over medium heat, stir together strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes until the strawberries soften and release juices. If you'd like it thicker, dissolve cornstarch in water and add it to the pot. Take off the heat and set aside to cool.
03 - Cut each doughnut in half, or leave them whole if you'd like. Spread the cheesecake mix on the bottom piece. Pile on some strawberry topping. Place the other half of the doughnut on top to finish.

01 - Serve it chilled or lightly warmed for a softer, gooey texture!
