Tasty Chicken Ramen Stir-Fry (Printable Version)

Tender chicken, ramen noodles, and fresh veggies tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce for a quick meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, cut into thin pieces
02 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
03 - 9 ounces of ramen noodles
04 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely
05 - 2 cups napa cabbage, shredded thinly
06 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1/2 cup sliced green onions
09 - Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds on top

→ Sauce

10 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon honey
12 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
13 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
14 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

# Steps:

01 - Follow the noodle package directions to boil them. Save 1 cup of the noodle water when draining.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, and oyster sauce until combined.
03 - Add butter to a skillet on medium heat. Toss the chicken and pepper in, cooking until the chicken turns golden and is fully done.
04 - Toss in the bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and let it cook until it smells good. Mix in the cabbage and cook until it softens and browns lightly.
05 - Stir in the drained noodles, sauce, and a bit of the saved noodle water. Add green onions. Let it all cook together for a minute. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you'd like.

01 - You can swap hoisin for oyster sauce if needed
02 - Stores well in the fridge for up to 4 days
03 - Freeze it (without noodles) for 3 months
