S'mores & Cream Cookies (Printable Version)

These soft cookies are packed with a mix of marshmallows, white and dark chocolate chips, graham curls, and creamy candy chunks!

# Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - 1 cup softened unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
03 - ½ cup white sugar
04 - 2 eggs, large
05 - 1 tablespoon pure vanilla
06 - 2 ½ cups regular flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon table salt
09 - ½ cup graham crackers, crumbled
10 - ¾ cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet
11 - ¾ cup white chocolate chips

→ Topping Ideas

12 - ½ cup tiny marshmallows
13 - 1 Hershey's Cookies & Cream bar, broken into pieces
14 - Extra bits of graham cracker

# Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F (175°C). Lay parchment paper on your baking tray.
02 - Whip the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until they’re fluffy and pale.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly before adding the vanilla.
04 - Stir flour, baking soda, salt, and crushed graham crackers in a separate bowl, then slowly add to the wet mixture.
05 - Mix in both kinds of chocolate chips gently by hand.
06 - Roll dough into balls and put them on the baking tray. Bake for 8 minutes, then take the cookies out.
07 - Push marshmallows, chocolate chunks, and graham cracker bits into the hot cookies. Put back in the oven for 3-4 minutes until golden and soft.
08 - If you'd like, lightly toast the marshmallows using a kitchen torch for that flame-kissed finish.
09 - Leave cookies on the tray for 5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
