Wrap the tortilla snugly around the fillings, leaving the seam side facing down. Warm them in the pan until golden and warmed through.

Scramble eggs in the pan you used for the sausage. Cook them as soft or firm as you like.

Grab a tortilla, add a sausage link, spoon in scrambled eggs, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet until done, then set the links aside.

Dig in while warm or pop them in foil to grab as you head out the door.
