# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/3 cup of cooking oil (vegetable)
02 - 2 eggs (large size)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla
04 - 3/4 cup M&Ms in red and white hues (or holiday colors)
05 - 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips, if you like extra sweetness (optional)
06 - One (15.25 oz) box of red velvet cake mix

# Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F (175°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Stir together the cake mix, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil in a big bowl. Mix it all up until it's nice and smooth.
03 - Gently mix in the white chocolate chips (if you’re adding them) and M&Ms candies.
04 - Scoop some dough using a tablespoon or cookie scoop. Drop them onto the lined baking tray, leaving about 2 inches between each.
05 - Put them in the oven and bake for about 10–12 minutes. Watch for the centers to stay soft but set.
06 - Take them out and leave them on the baking tray for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool fully.

# Notes:

01 - Use M&Ms for holidays like Christmas (red/green) or Valentine’s Day (pink/white) for added fun.
02 - Keep the cookies fresh in a container with a tight lid for up to 5 days at room temperature.
03 - Adding a tiny bit of salt can give the flavors a nice balance.
