# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups white sugar
02 - 1 cup melted unsalted butter
03 - 4 eggs, large
04 - 1 tablespoon red food coloring
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
06 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
07 - 1 1/4 cups plain flour
08 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt

→ Cheesecake Cream

09 - 8 oz soft cream cheese
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
11 - 1/2 cup whipped heavy cream
12 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (177°C). Use parchment to line a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Mix together the butter, sugar, vanilla, and food coloring until smooth. Add eggs one by one while stirring. Sift the salt, cocoa, and flour into the mix, folding gently.
03 - Put the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Use a toothpick—when crumbs stick, it's done. Let the brownies cool fully before slicing into strips.
04 - Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Gently mix in the whipped cream until smooth.
05 - Serve the creamy dip alongside slices of brownie for dunking fun.
