This quick-to-make protein-packed cookie dough features cottage cheese, almond flour, and protein powder. It’s a healthy option and takes just 5 minutes to prepare.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
02 - 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
03 - 1/2 cup almond flour
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
05 - 2-3 Tablespoons maple syrup
06 - 2 Tablespoons almond butter
07 - 8 ounces low-fat cottage cheese

# Steps:

01 - Toss the cottage cheese, almond butter, and maple syrup into a blender. Blend them until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the blended mix to a bowl, then stir in the vanilla, almond flour, and protein powder until well mixed.
03 - Gently fold the chocolate chips into the mixture.
04 - Scoop portions into storage jars or containers, refrigerate to store (or freeze for later), and dig in when ready!
