# Ingredients:

→ Components for Garlic Sauce

01 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
02 - 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1/4 cup (25 g) shredded Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra taste)
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust as needed)
08 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for a touch of garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Heat up butter in a small pan over medium. Let it fully melt but keep an eye so it doesn’t brown.
02 - Add the minced garlic and stir around for a minute or two. You want it soft and smelling amazing, but not browned since that can make it taste off.
03 - Turn down to low heat, pour in heavy cream, and mix in garlic powder if using. Let it bubble softly for about 2-3 minutes and stir occasionally.
04 - Gradually add the Parmesan cheese in small amounts, whisking well. This ensures it melts smoothly into the sauce with no lumps.
05 - Add black pepper and salt. Taste and tweak the seasoning if it needs a little extra kick.
06 - Pull the pan off the heat. For a fresh pop, sprinkle parsley on top if you like. Enjoy warm as a dip for pizza or spooned onto slices.

# Notes:

01 - Let it simmer longer to thicken it more, depending on how rich you like it.
02 - Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter sauce version.
03 - If you like heat, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
04 - This tastes best freshly made but can be warmed up gently later if needed.
