Quick Pecan Cake (Printable Version)

A rich dessert made by mixing pecan pie flavors with cake. Sweet, nutty, and super quick to put together for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Pecan Blend

01 - 3 cups pecan halves
02 - 2 eggs, whisked gently
03 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
04 - 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
05 - 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
06 - 1 cup caramel sauce

→ Crumbly Cake Layer

07 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 box Butter Pecan or White Cake Mix

→ Finishing Touch

09 - Salted caramel sauce for drizzling
10 - 1/2 cup pecans, halved or crushed

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
02 - Stir eggs, brown sugar, caramel sauces, and butter together in a big bowl. Toss in the pecans, then spread it all into the prepared pan.
03 - Combine melted butter and cake mix till crumbly. Scatter it evenly on top of the pecan base.
04 - Pop it in the oven for 25-30 minutes till it’s golden brown. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to cool a bit.
05 - Sprinkle on some pecans and drizzle with salted caramel for the final touch.
