Creamy peanut butter, ½ cup (smooth works best)

Honey or brown sugar, 1 tablespoon (either works)

Grated fresh ginger (½ teaspoon) or ground ginger if it's all you've got (¼ teaspoon)

1 clove of garlic, finely minced

A touch of sesame oil, around 1 teaspoon

Sriracha or chili flakes, a pinch or more if you like it hot
