# Ingredients:

01 - 2 frozen bananas (around 230 grams or 2 cups)
02 - 1/2 cup of yogurt (plain Greek, about 125 grams)
03 - 1/2 cup milk (choose any kind you like)
04 - 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (smooth, about 50 grams)
05 - 1 tablespoon of honey (optional, add if you want)

# Steps:

01 - Throw all the ingredients into the blender, any order is fine.
02 - Check the sweetness and thickness. Make any changes if you'd like.
03 - Blend until it's silky smooth. Pour into two glasses and drink up!
